Adam Mariucci

After moving from California, Adam decided to take advantage of his diverse background in marketing, PR and real estate by pursuing his real estate license in New York City. He wants his clients to know that he understands and sympathizes with them about the stressful process of searching for a new home, having gone through it himself and receiving both exceptional and poor service. He believes “good is great’s worst enemy,” and when it comes to finding a home, there are no exceptions to finding only what’s GREAT. Adam focuses on providing his clients with the highest quality apartments available in the Financial District, Tribeca, Battery Park City, and SoHo.

Adam came to Platinum Properties with a diverse background in music, sports, and business. He had previously worked in the Silicon Valley’s vibrant and tech driven commercial real estate market. Interestingly enough, Adam was the first intern for the iPhone PR Team at Apple Inc. while attending Santa Clara University for his business marketing degree. He has also held positions at Cisco Systems, Interscope Records, and Creative License. In his free time, this rock star real estate professional writes, produces, and performs music with his band, The Relay Company, opening for artist such artists such as Good Charlotte, Gym Class Heroes, Smashmouth, Foster the People, Snoop Dogg and Linkin Park!
