Daniel Kim

Daniel is often jokingly referred to as a “workaholic” by his colleagues. He earned this nickname by spending most of his waking hours researching, negotiating, and advocating for his clients. His major goal is to ensure outcome satisfaction and the fast paced nature of New York real estate was what originally attracted Daniel to the industry.

As a New York native who has lived in Queens, Long Island, and the Financial District, Daniel is quite comfortable in a fast-paced environment. His current real estate focus is on both leasing and commercial properties in all areas of New York City. Presently, he resides in Queens and spends his limited free time long boarding and snowboarding.
