Julia Bryzgalina

Julia Bryzgalina is the Director of Sales and Leasing at the Wall Street branch at Platinum Properties.

A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Bryzgalina completed her higher education in the U.K. before moving to the United States in 2006 to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Yale University. Tri-lingual Bryzgalina is fluent in English, Russian, and French.

Bryzgalina joined Platinum Properties as an agent in 2010, after graduating from Yale with a double-major degree in Economics and Psychology. Starting out, she learned ins and outs of New York’s housing industry and gained insight into the rental and sales niche markets of the city’s neighborhoods. 

"Manhattan boasts one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world – it attracts a wide variety of people, all on the lookout for the best properties," Bryzgalina said. "I love creating relationships with clients, and really enjoy solving problems because, at the end of the day, my clients are looking for a solution to a very important problem – finding the perfect home in a city as big as New York."

Having fit right into Platinum, a young company that functions as a tightly-knit team, Bryzgalina focused on carefully listening to and fully understanding her clients. As an agent who was not looking to just make a quick sale, she offered honesty and diligence in the hunt for a perfect home that addresses all her clients’ needs.

After a wildly successful run as an agent, the consummate hard worker was promoted to Director of Sales and Leasing – a position that involves hiring, training and managing agents, while overseeing the office’s rental and sales transactions in Manhattan’s dynamic real estate market.

Moving forward, Bryzgalina has her eyes set on overseeing all the company's sales transactions and making sure that every Platinum agent becomes a successful hybrid agent with a merged focus on rentals and sales.

In terms of hobbies, Bryzgalina enjoys shooting sports pistols, cooking, playing table tennis, and spending quality time with her close friends and family.
