Richard Peters

Richard has a lifelong appreciation for the history and architecture of the various neighborhoods and buildings of New York City. A native of Long Island, Richard has lived up and down all of Manhattan and brings to his clients a veteran knowledge of the ins and outs of every neighborhood. Since graduating from New York University ‘s College of Arts and Sciences with a degree in Economics and Political Science, Richard has worked extensively in the health and fitness industry in sales and customer service. He brings to Platinum his years of experience assisting clients on making informed decisions concerning their specific needs. 

Richard specializes in residential leasing in the Upper West Side and Hell’s Kitchen areas of Manhattan. With his education, experience, as well as knowledge and love of the city, Richards brings to his clients professionalism and support in finding their next home.
