Clinton Hill

Located in north-central Brooklyn, Clinton Hill was once a upper crest, mansion populated retreat for super wealthy industrialists. It is now the home to the Pratt Institute which gives the neighborhood some artistic street credibility. Neighboring Fort Greene, Clinton Hill is filled with brownstones and mansions built in the late 1800s. New families, artists, and students find this neighborhood appealing for its affordability compared to its higher priced neighbors.
