Amazing building, with the most incredible amenities. The roof deck is the best in Manhattan with 360 degree views of the city, as well as a beautiful indoor penthouse space that is wonderful for events. The building has 24/7 concierge/doorman, valet, gym, yoga studio and classes, movie screening room, resident’s lounge and more! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nicest group of owners and tenants lives at 75 Wall- it’s an amazing community. Residents experience all of the amazing amenities of the Andaz hotel which is on the lower 18 floors, including Spa service, Room service, Wall & Water Restaurant, and the Biergarden outdoor terrace. Also, perfect for when family and friends come to visit, because they can stay at the hotel downstairs at a discounted rate. Also, the building is VERY pet friendly! I cannot say enough great things about 75 Wall!
