My roommate and I recently worked with Gus [Constantinos] Katehis and he found us an amazing apartment in Chelsea that we could not be more excited to move into in the next couple weeks. I don’t have enough good things to say about him as an agent and I thought it necessary to relay how positive our experience was to you. I felt he understood what we were looking for as renters and he really delivered. He kept in constant communication so we never felt on the outs—a feeling that leaves you very uneasy, as you can imagine, in the rental/application process. He’s been amazing to work with and made the entire process so seamless for us. We hope and plan to work with him again in the future and have already recommended him to so many friends in the city!
