Rose was absolutely fantastic! I was skeptical about having a broker for the moving process, but now I understand why it’s necessary. Many listings are sent exclusively to brokers and without one you would never know! Rose helped me to find my dream apartment, and she took care of all the details. She made sure to follow up with the leasing office and helped me fill out everything necessary. The process was smooth and I barely needed to think about anything additional which was so crucial for me as a busy, working person. Besides all that, Rose was a delight to be around! She made the viewings and slower parts of the process fun. Next time I need to move I will most definitely be giving Rose a call. I’ve also already recommended her to my friends. Very worth it to get a broker, and specifically Rose as your broker!
