I was connected with Krishe Van Der Walt during my apartment search this summer. Krishe was the most professional and kind of the brokers I encountered. She truly had my best interests at heart and pulled me aside after each viewing to discuss what I liked and didn’t like about each apartment. Even though she was so down to earth and sweet, she did NOT back down when leasing agents and building management was being difficult, pushy or unaccommodating. Krishe maintained constant contact with me during the search (via text and email) to make sure we were seeing every possible option. I appreciated that she really focused in on the neighborhood and price range that I felt most comfortable in- she did not waste time showing me things I couldn’t afford or neighborhoods that I didn’t want to live in.
