This review is for Viktoryia Shymchonak. From the very first moment I came across the listing for an apartment with Platinum Properties, Viktoryia went out of her way to be flexible and patient. She stayed at the building after the open house had finished in order to make sure I could fit in the showing with my schedule. She could’ve just showed me the one quickly, but she took her time to show me 3 different options and was very informative and knowledgeable about all 3 units. Following the visit, she was very diligent in following up with me and answering any questions I had no matter the time of the day, if she was on the subway or running to her next showing. She also even took the time for me to do a thorough inspection of the unit before signing the lease where she took detailed notes and measurements of the space. She always maintained a wonderful mix of personal and professional in her demeanor and every day showed me how dedicated and committed to securing this great apartment which made me trust her and feel like I was being well taken care of throughout the whole process. Of all of the apartments I have ever rented, this process was as simple and painless as I could ask for and I owe that all to Viktoryia. I couldn’t recommend her more!!
