This review is for Michelle Moyer.  Michelle worked tirelessly and with great tenacity to have my midtown property rented.  She gave me many tips on how to prepare the property for rental and how to structure the pricing.  It only took one open house to find a great tenant, but she did lots of preparation before then.  I have a very demanding board with an extensive package and she was able to navigate it with ease and see the process to completion in a very tight timeline.  I highly recommend her, as she is both very professional and tenacious as both are needed in today’s competitive real estate market.  I am working with her now on some additional properties.
