We first contacted Natallia on a Friday evening and were not expecting to hear back until Monday, however, Natallia answered the phone on our first attempt and immediately began giving us details on the apartment and availability to come do a showing. Within a week, we were scheduled to view the apartment and it was the only one we saw before we made a decision. Natallia collected each of our 4 deposits at our offices located around the city and made the process extremely easy and convenient for us. Natallia consistently received answers to our questions from the landlord within 24 hours and was super informative on the building and how to interpret each section of the lease agreement. I would highly recommend working with Natallia as she is incredibly professional and managed to get us into an amazing apartment quickly. We will certainly use her when our lease is up!
