Andrew Vollo was extremely helpful in finding my desired apartment, which was a studio flex 1 for my roommate and me. He gave me a bunch of options within my price range, which was a lot to ask considering it was in the Financial District for an apartment for two. When I reached out to him, he was extremely responsive and scheduled a zoom call immediately to give me my options. Throughout the leasing processing, he always made sure I was doing ok and resolved issues regarding my guarantor problem and when my keys didn’t show up during my move-in day. He even managed to get me an extra couple hundred concessions on top of the two months free on my lease, which made the rent very affordable for two college students.
