Suzanne Colton was my broker. I was looking for apartments on streeteasy and getting stood up by unreliable brokers looking for apartments. Finding an apartment in NYC for a “good” price is probably the worst thing ever. It is very hard to find something especially when you are not adapted to the living style.
Suzanne did everything to make the experience as seamless as possible. My roommates and I were very picky and she brought me to over 20 apartments until we finally picked an apartment. Suzanne was the BEST!!! The process is VERY fast and she made sure that we got the apartment that we liked. I would definitely recommend using Suzanne, I feel like she’s my friend now. I would definitely use her in the future! She made finding an apartment fun.
