Teresa Stephenson was an excellent partner… As it turned out this was not the easiest closing. A few issues popped up during the walk through and some surprise costs even at the closing table! Teresa was extremely helpful in ensuring the seller made me whole, and helped get me across the finish line with the confidence I needed that this was still a good deal.
