Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Alexander moved to New York City to pursue his dream of singing Opera professionally. Now, a bona fide New Yorker with 12 years under his belt, he has fallen in love with the city’s diversity of cultures—especially in his neighborhood of Flushing, Queens—and wide array of possibilities. In the city’s variety, chaos, and solidarity, he sees beauty, and he is eager to help his clients see it, too, as he helps them find their perfect home within it.
With years of experience in the food service industry both in Sofia and New York City, Alexander has not only perfected how to cater to his clients’ needs but also enjoyed delivering them a top-notch experience. Translating his set of skills to his real estate career, his personability, attention to detail, and concerted effort to gather all the relevant information for his clients so they can truly make the best choice for themselves set him apart. His number one priority as an agent is to make his clients happy and not compromise their needs in any way that may threaten that happiness, and he approaches each new search as an opportunity to not just find his clients the right fit for them in the moment, but a home they will continue to love years down the line.
In his spare time, Alexander loves to explore his passion for gardening and singing. He is constantly learning how to become a better tender of his garden through videos or improving his singing with professional Opera lessons. He also enjoys eating great food and spending time with his family to keep him grounded and at peace. Alexander is fluent in Bulgarian.
