Dezireh Eyn is a Co-Founder and COO of Platinum Properties. In this role, she oversees the finance, human resources, and marketing departments. Driven by her passion to build a more interconnected community, combined with her natural leadership abilities, Dezireh has helped cultivate a positive company work culture.
Inspired by family and one of four siblings, her brother Khashy introduced her to the world of real estate. Together, the sibling duo launched Platinum Properties in 2005 and incorporated their family core values into the firm’s practices to ensure clients have a personal one-on-one connection. Since the firm’s establishment, Dezireh has been involved in managing almost every aspect of the business, from hiring new agents, to developing marketing initiatives, to financial planning, to an expansive and well-rounded list of strategies that have driven Platinum to the stature it has reached today.
Dezireh is very intimately involved in the interview process for both agents and staff to ensure that all hires are true culture fits and are in line with the firm’s core values. In 2021, she was a leading force in implementing policies and events that support Platinum Properties’ “Health Then Wealth” core values, such as daily meditation, company fitness classes to flexible work schedules, and eligibility for unlimited paid time off. These achievements would not be possible without Dezireh’s perceptive mentorship style and proven track record of successful leadership. Dezireh brings her leadership qualities outside of the office, as she spearheads charity initiatives for The Jewish Board and continues to support its causes and efforts for the New York Jewish community.
