Jess moved to New York from Los Angeles for the city itself, falling in love with its diversity, and the unparalleled amount of creativity. Now, as an agent, he looks forward to meeting and building relationships with people all over the city.

With a BA in Psychology and fifteen years as a professional actor, communication is Jess’s greatest asset. He is also organized and efficient, prioritizing positive relationships with his clients. Living throughout the U.S. — experiencing cultural distinctions and economic differences — has taught him to recognize and appreciate the specific needs of each person.

His eye for success in real estate is personal, being from a family involved in architecture, nonprofit housing, and carpentry. Having helped build houses with his own two hands, Jess has a unique appreciation for the craftsmanship of the product he’s selling and the ability to help his clients discern the product’s value.

Outside of Platinum, Jess loves long-distance backpacking with his wife. Taking a week and walking a hundred miles of beautiful forest is when he’s happiest.
