Michelle is originally from Greenville, Texas and has since lived all over Manhattan, from downtown in Battery Park to uptown in the Upper East Side, and now in Midtown East, close to the United Nations. Her love of New York comes from its mix of cultures, its nonstop energy, and its abundance of opportunity โ and, of course, its endless variety of delicious food!
Michelleโs reasoning behind pursuing a career in real estate is a personal one: in the 17 years she has lived in the city, she has never had a good experience searching for an apartment. The agents she worked with were pushy and aggressive, and she doesnโt want her clients to go through the same negative experiences she did. As a real estate agent, she prioritizes transparency, efficient communication, and strong collaboration. Previously she worked in sales and customer service and owned a business for 6 years, so she knows how much dedication, compassion, and focus are required to make her clients feel cared for and happy with their end result.
Before taking on the challenge of New Yorkโs real estate market, Michelle had a successful career in fashion and still enjoys keeping up with the trends. She also dedicates much of her spare time working with dog rescues and environmental nonprofits. Additionally, she loves to travel, especially anywhere she can scuba dive!
