Born in the suburbs of Chicago, Russell moved to NYC by way of South Florida. Picking between New York and Los Angeles to pursue a career in the music and TV industry, choosing New York was a no-brainer. He loves the mosaic of cultures enlivening the city, the ease of access to everything from public transportation to late-night delivery, and the hidden gems that dot each neighborhood. He came to New York because it is the most concentrated central hub of finance, culture, and history, and though he knows it’s not easy for everyone to live here, he is determined to help his clients carve their own paths in the city by finding them their New York home.
For Russell, real estate is in blood. His grandfather is a developer in Illinois and his mother is an interior designer, so taking his enthrallment at looking at listings, seeing the market in different cities, and understanding what adds and detracts value from property—along with binging Million Dollar Listing—and transforming it into a career was a natural next step. With 7 years of experience in the music industry, from instrument and pro audio sales to producing music for big film and TV studios such as HBO, he has the creativity and sharp problem solving skills needed to succeed in New York’s cutthroat real estate market. Goal-oriented, solutions-based, and always thinking outside the box, he puts honesty and integrity above all else and prioritizes not just getting a paycheck but giving his clients a stellar experience as he navigates them through the process of finding and signing on their ideal home.
As a musician, Russell loves to produce beats and songs and play the piano and guitar in his spare time. He also enjoys working out, especially lifting weights. A lover of travel, he can’t wait to keep checking off his list of continents and countries to visit. Russell can speak conversational French and has limited knowledge of Japanese.
