The child of a Naval Officer, Waldemar grew up all over the world. Still, he considers New York his home, mainly for the diversity of cultures, food, and language that mirrors his upbringing but are easily accessible with the swipe of a metro card.
Waldemar continued to build his worldly perspective in his career in international politics and development, working throughout the Middle East and North Africa with NGOs, nonprofits, and foreign embassies and ministries to institute sustainable projects. It was his experience working as an administrative director for a commercial real estate law firm, however, that piqued his interest in real estate. Diligent and thorough in his work style, Waldemar enjoyed learning how intricate the real estate industry in New York is. He also loved the reward of helping others and started to help friends, colleagues, and family move to New York City and served as a tour guide to acclimate them to their new neighborhoods. Now, as a professional agent, Waldemar is translating his love of his hometown, his global expertise, and his personability to help clients from all walks of life reach their real estate goals with honesty, efficiency, and support.
In his spare time, Waldemar likes to play chef, learning new recipes (and perfecting his Chicken Tajine). He also loves to explore different parts of New York, and when he can, take his dog on adventures upstate. Waldemar is fluent in Moroccan Arabic.
