Realizing and appreciating the hard work it takes to find people the right home is what drove Fitore to love the Real Estate business. Prior to joining the Platinum family she spent the past 10+ years working as an experienced rental and leasing manager, most recently holding positions at both Bond and Citi Habitats. Her direct contributions at Citi lead to the honorable achievement of being voted “one of the highest grossing offices in the company” and directly helped lend to the organization reporting its best financial year on record. In 2010 Fitore earned the Manager of the year Award for her outstanding achievements. Now at Platinum, Fitore’s role is to provide the highest level of business and customer support in the industry and to devote the same skill, passion and dedication to every agent in the company.
In her new role as Residential Leasing Manager, Fitores responsibilities include everything from listing updates, streamlining advertising, marketing, deal closings, financials and client services. She believes that a successful transaction and a satisfied customer is all about attention to detail and timing, which is why she devotes her efforts to making sure that every aspect of her agents’ business runs smoothly.
Prior to entering real estate, Fitore honed her organizational skills working for an immigration attorney, where she learned the importance of helping people find a niche. Originally from Kosovo, she came to New York at age 12 and has lived here ever since. “Of all the years I have lived here, this City never fails to amaze and surprise me with something new”, she says. Fitore graduated cum laude from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY where she earned her degree in Psychology. She is also a member of the Psi Chi and Kappa Gama Pi Catholic Honor Societies.
