Last week, Platinum Properties hosted an event for women in real estate at the Fabio Doti Salon. When my invite arrived in my inbox, I was thrilled! I had plans with friends later that night, and I was ecstatic to know that I would be all dolled up for the occasion. Fabio Doti invited the ladies of Platinum to check out their new location at 108 Greenwich Street, recently opened to supplement the high demand at its original salon, situated at 40 Exchange Place. Each of us was treated to a blowout, makeup touchup, and even a color specialist.
When we first walked into the new salon, we were like kids in a candy store. I was so excited—this was going to be a great night! While I waited to get my hair done, I snacked on complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. When it was finally my turn, I all but skipped and hopped to the chair.
Being shampooed while reclining in a state-of-the-art salon chair and receiving a full body massage was the icing on the cake. My entire body was relaxed from head to toe. I never wanted it to end. Fabio Doti’s expert stylists blew my hair out into loose, voluminous waves—and the pampering didn’t stop there. While some of the ladies were getting their blowouts done, others were getting their makeup touched up. By the time we left the salon, we were all ready to hit the city with our amazing new looks.
