Platinum has partnered with PIIQ to unlock the power of choice through virtual tours, allowing buyers and renters to jump from unit-to-unit extremely quickly. This lets clients scale a wide range of potential properties and narrow down favorites during their time at home.

Virtual Property Showings

When possible, Platinum agents will perform live virtual showings for clients who are unable to view properties in person. Reach out to a Platinum Properties agent if you’d like us to include any additional properties in our virtual library.

Platinum Properties is also offering exclusive professional virtual organizing services for buyers or sellers who are (wisely) using this time at home to clean, declutter and prepare to move. Consulting a professional organizer to help you get on track, strategize and declutter is an amazing use of your time – so you can start your new beginning as soon as possible. Statistically, staged homes sell much faster and for more money than homes that are not staged. Virtual staging is cheaper, faster and easier than physically staging a home – which definitely plays to our seller’s benefit.
