Eight years ago, Alisa was boarding a plane to head back to her Russian homeland after a trip to Ocean City, New Jersey—but when she got a glimpse of the magnificent New York City skyline, she knew immediately that she was meant to stay. Now, as a bona fide New Yorker, she would need at least a few days to fully list all the reasons why she loves her adopted home. With more diverse and intelligent people, more flavor, more culture, and more energy than she has ever experienced elsewhere, there is no other place she would rather be than New York.
Her love affair with the city translates seamlessly to her passion for real estate. She has always loved strolling around New York’s neighborhoods, people watching and admiring the one-of-a-kind architecture of both historical buildings and new construction. She had a natural curiosity about who the tenants filling those spaces are, what they’ve paid, and what affects the property value. As an agent, she gets to discover these things on behalf of her clients, and she gets a thrill from touring properties and imagining how they can transform listings into their perfect home. Personable, compassionate, and honest, her wide range of experience in hospitality and marketing before joining Platinum has taught her how to approach and adapt to so many different personalities, understand their needs, and easily predict their next move. She takes great pride in her customer service skills and has an individual approach to each client, striving to deliver their own unique slice of the city.
In her free time, Alisa enjoys visiting museums, trying new restaurants, or just walking around New York. She loves nature and often spends weekends just outside of the city, hiking, riding her bike, canoeing, and water paddling. She also likes to work out by running, going to the gym, and doing yoga. When she wants to relax she turns to her artistic side, drawing and painting to meditate and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.
