In 2005, after amassing nearly a decade of valuable experience, Khashy Eyn alongside his sister and co-founder Dezireh founded Platinum Properties. As CEO of Platinum Properties, Eyn oversees all company sales and investments and leads the firm's business sector. He has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with developers, landlords, management firms, and key investors.
Having initially focused on the growing inventory of luxury sales and rentals in the Financial District, Eyn has since strengthened the firm's footing in other residential neighborhoods of New York City. He also expanded the firm's practice areas to include commercial sales and leasing, proptech investments with Platinum Ventures, and opened two additional offices in Manhattan. Eyn’s proven record now comprises some of the most memorable deals in modern real estate, including the sale of the $9.9 million triplex penthouse apartment at The Continuum Tower in Miami Beach, which closed in 24 hours. Eyn has completed over $1 billion in commercial transactions, including the $250 million sale of 116 John Street and leasing the highest priced per-square-foot rental penthouse in Tribeca at 1 North Moore for $85,000 a month. Throughout his career, Eyn has completed over $5 billion in transactions.
Eager to give back, Eyn is a benefactor of several charitable organizations, including Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF), which helps support social, educational, and recreational programs and facilities for Israel's soldiers. Eyn obtained a bachelor's degree in real estate from Baruch College with a minor in law. His hobbies include traveling, art, sports and spending time with his family.
