Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has announced that Recursive Research, Inc, a crypto currency fund, has signed a 5,186-square-foot lease at 121 East 24th Street taking the entire seventh floor.

Jeff Buslik and Bradley Cohn of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, Kofler Associates and Steven Evans of Platinum Properties represented the tenant in the transaction. Asking rent was approximately $52 per square-foot.
