I am always skeptical about brokers especially when it comes to fees and actually finding an apartment. Natalie completely changed my opinion of this and made my experience amazing. Not only was she super friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic, but she made me feel comfortable and confident that I would find an apartment. She was on top of helping me sending me daily emails and text messages, I felt as though she was truly dedicating her time and energy to me which was so appreciative! She always had her research done and had an answer to all of my millions of questions and potential concerns, which quickly became positive. Natalie is extremely professional, courteous, and unbelievably helpful, always with a smile on her face! Next time I move I will be calling her and I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for an easy and stress free apartment search!!
