What happens when you combine spinning and real estate with springtime sun peeking in on a Sunday? Platinum Properties rocking Soul Cycle event at 101 Maiden Lane! On March 8th, the luxury real estate brokerage sponsored a packed spinning session that brought in Fidi residents, Platinum agents, our very own Co-Founder and COO Dezireh Eyn, as well as invited real estate contacts around Manhattan. Energized by Soul Cycle trainer Julie Tharp, the spinning class was a buzz of high energy and anticipation, with many participants excited about their first ride. Caroline Brooks of Soul Cycle says that Platinum’s event gained the Maiden Lane location 38 new riders!
The success of this event was exciting for coordinators at Platinum Properties, who plans to bring more FiDi-focused events to the growing residential population this year. COO Dezireh Eyn says “We were excited about the opportunity to spin with Soul Cycle at the Maiden Lane location. As a brokerage located in the heart of FiDi on Wall Street for almost 10 years, we try to create partnerships with local vendors in a number of ways, including sponsoring events for FiDi residents. As huge proponents of the neighborhood, we try to get the word out by contributing to the sense of community in FiDi.”
According to Platinum’s recent market report, with the continued leasing at One World Trade Center as well as finalized development of other buildings in FiDi, more and more residential apartments are in demand for 2015, with a record-breaking number of residents calling this area home.
