As we take a look back at the past year, here are some of our most notable and proud moments as a company.
Setting Records
Platinum is happy to announce that we were ranked one of the Top Brokerages in Lower Manhattan by The Real Deal.
Additionally, Platinum is proud to have rented 100 Vandam Street for a record-setting $125,000 per month or $230 per square foot, the highest publicized residential lease in New York City.
Commercial Growth
You may be surprised to hear that Platinum has an expert commercial team that quietly but quickly launched in 2021. From 2021 to 2022 Platinum has more than doubled commercial leasing and sales activity, and this year, Platinum acquired its largest commercial listing to date with the launch of 295 Madison Avenue.
Partnerships
Platinum Properties brought on many new partnerships this year in both the residential sales and leasing spaces – accounting for a 50% increase in exclusive leasing representation since 2019.
