Neighborhoods

New York is a beautifully chaotic metropolis, comprised of the world’s best contemporary culture all conveniently dispersed throughout distinct neighborhoods.  There is no doubt that there are plenty of areas to choose from, however, it is helpful to consider your preferences before settling on one particular neighborhood.

Our agent, George Kefalogiannis, shared his top two neighborhoods:

“The Financial District is becoming a destination for many New York residents due to its growing residential atmosphere, convenience with almost all the major NYC subway lines, attractions such as One World Trade Center, South Street Seaport and Stone Street, and all the luxury buildings that are not readily available in other parts of Manhattan. There are many fine dining establishments and activities in the area, despite its reputation of being a quieter neighborhood than its Downtown neighbors in the Village or SoHo.

The Upper West Side is another beautiful location for residence. With access to tons of nightlife, restaurants, bars, shopping and more, it is truly the destination for the true ‘New York experience’.”
