We asked some of our amazing agents what their favorite downtown building roof decks are. Here are their recommendations as the sunny weather starts in NYC.

My favorite building roof deck is 2 Gold Street. It doesn’t have quite the river views that some of the other buildings have but it has priceless views of the entire New York City landscape. It’s also located in one of the most amazing rental buildings FIDI has to offer.

The rooftop at 200 Water St. is by far my favorite. It has incredible views of the East River as well as the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s spacious and is also one of the very few roof decks in the Financial District which have BBQ grills.

1 West St. has a spectacular roof deck overlooking the New York Harbor and Battery Park. I love the sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty. The outdoor space is landscaped and complete with high-end lounge furniture for tenants to enjoy while taking in the view and listening to their choice of music with the complimentary sound system

2 Gold St. is my favorite roof deck for many reasons. It has grass where you can have a city picnic. It also has glass which can shield you on windy days. But the best parts are the 360 degree views of Lower Manhattan. Its roof deck is one of the main reasons I chose to live there.
