I contacted him, Constantinos Katehis, and several other agents and there weren’t any apartments in my price range at that time. A few weeks later as promised Constantios called me back when something came up. He offered to meet me in an hour and had several places to show me. Everything he showed me matched my criteria. I ended up finding a place at 45 Wall street. Constantinos was very patient and understanding when it came to the opposite schedules of me and my roommate during the showings. He really helped us through the process and had our best interests at heart. He offered a ton of information about the area and restaurants, movers etc…..
When it came time to sign the lease he also attended the lease signing on a Saturday morning and followed up right after our move in which was a month after the lease signing to see how the move went and if there was anything that he could help us out with. I worked with Blackstone before and the agent didn’t even come to the signing with me.
I worked in Real Estate for several years in Philadelphia and was very surprised about the lack of service and follow up by some agents in New York but Constantios hands down was the best agent I have ever worked with in my 5 years in New York.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for a property or rental unit in FiDi.
