What I valued most about Cash Bernard‘s assistance in finding a place was that he didn’t waste my time. He showed me only those places that fit the narrow description of what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He was extremely knowledgeable about the rental process (and able and willing to explain it), which was important for me as a first time renter. He was also available at any time of day or night to discuss my options and guide me through the application process, all the way until closing. I can’t recommend him enough
